Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer:
2+ years experience and a very very thorough understanding of DHTML
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an object oriented language (preferably Ruby on Rails). Must love DHTML,
because majority of work will be presentation layer.
Knowledge of MooTools is a plus.
Willing to accept other tasks other than just code.
Leader, ability to communicate well orally and write clear and concise, enthusiasm, positive attitude, works well with others.
4yruniversity required.
Would perfer a highly regarded university in South America.
I will pay a premium for talent, motivation and commitment.
