Jr. Software Engineer

Jr. Software Engineer:
No experience necessary.
Thorough understanding of DHTML (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an object oriented
language (preferably Ruby on Rails).
Must love DHTML, because majority of work will be presentation layer.
4yr university required.
Would prefer a highly regarded university in South America.
